We’re looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor/ Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to be extremely organised with a keen eye for detail with the ability to pick up new skills quickly, along with excellent written and verbal communication. As this is a standalone role, the candidate will need to be able to work independently and proactively. An interest or understanding of the CBD market would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Providing support to retail, wholesale, bulk and white label customers
  • Processing customer orders
  • Answering customer queries by telephone, email, live chat and social media channels
  • General administrative tasks

Qualification and skills:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Can-do attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong customer services experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Secondary education
