Job Description

Cantourage is looking for a Key Account Manager Pharmacy Sales (m/f/d) working full time and starting at the earliest possible date.

Cantourage offers cannabis-based medicinal products. As a think tank we develop new ideas and concepts for providing medical cannabis to patients both in Germany and Europe. From start on, the team of Cantourage has shaped and made a decisive contribution to the European market for medical cannabis. Cantourage is an innovative company ensuring that patients are able to access the newest medicinal products based on cannabis.

  • Support and acquisition of key accounts in Germany
  • Development of concepts to support our top customers and our service portfolio
  • Development of a strong pharmacy network in close cooperation with our customer care and marketing teams
  • Planning and implementation of sales talks and negotiations
  • Observation and evaluation of market developments and the resulting development of new, conceptual sales activities
  • Strengthening customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
  • Training, management and further development of the in-house sales team
  • Elaboration and implementation of employee training courses on products and sales strategies
  • Completed relevant vocational training or university degree, e.g. business administration
  • Experience in pharmacy service is desirable
  • Ideally, qualification for pharmaceutical field service in accordance with Section 75 AMG
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, ideally in pharmacy sales
  • Analytical, solution-oriented thinking
  • Enjoyment of communicating with people and the ability to inspire others
  • Good presentation skills
  • Experience in leading teams and developing employees
  • Self-organization, commitment and flexibility
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications and sales IT systems
