We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic Production Operative to join our expanding Operations team.

The ideal candidate will need to come from a production background and be a strong team player with the ability to also work under their own initiative. The successful candidate will be working within a team to support the day-to-day operations of Production and Dispatch on site, and need to be able to deliver on time to strict quality standards.

The position will also require the candidate to ensure all manufacturing areas and equipment are kept clean and safe. The role will also involve working with other team members to identify product shortages and follow stock taking procedures.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assist in the manufacture of CBD products from; encapsulation, bottling, boxing and batch coding.
  • Working with production line machinery and industrial equipment.
  • Completing manufacturing and dispatch documentation.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and environment.
  • Packaging and labelling products.
  • Packing and dispatching orders.
  • Ensuring products are ready for shipment on time.

Qualification and skills:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • At least a year’s experience of working in food manufacture would be beneficial with any food accreditation you may have.
  • Secondary education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
